These Terms of Service govern your use of NexaCTF. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
• You must not share your password or impersonate another participant.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use this platform only for authorized CTF learning and competition activity.
• Do not attack infrastructure, admin endpoints, or other user accounts.
• Do not abuse automation, brute-force systems, or intentionally disrupt service availability.

3. Competition Integrity

• Do not exploit platform bugs to gain unfair points or unauthorized access.
• Do not share private keys, credentials, or restricted challenge content.
• Admins may adjust scores, revoke access, or invalidate activity that violates fairness rules.

4. Event and Content Access

• Event and learning-pack access may require key submission and admin approval.
• Access is scoped to approved user/team context and can be revoked for policy violations.
• Availability windows (publish/unpublish/start/end) are enforced by platform configuration.

5. Enforcement

• Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.
• Team-level sanctions may apply where coordinated abuse is identified.
• Serious abuse may be escalated to institutional authorities when required.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
